【摘要】 目的为探讨非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者血清脂质、胰岛素与性激素变化异常间的关系。方法检测了40例50岁以上NIDDM患者血清雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)水平及胰岛素、脂质和空腹血糖的变化,并与健康对照组比较,观察II型糖尿病患者性激素与脂质、胰岛素和空腹血糖的关系。结果发现男性患者E2升高,E2/T比值显著增高;女性患者E2降低,E2/T显著降低,伴高胰岛素血症及胰岛素抵抗。E2/T与空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)呈正相关,与总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)呈负相关;T与HDL-C呈正相关,与甘油三酯(TG)呈负相关。结论提示NIDDM患者存在严重的性激素失调、脂代谢紊乱及胰岛素抵抗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship among the changes of serum sex hormones,insulin and lipids in non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus （NIDDM）patients.Methods The changes of the levels of estradiol（E₂）and testosterone（T）,insulin,1ipids and fasting blood glucose were determined in 40 patients（above 50 years old）with NIDDM patients.Results The results showed that E₂/T ratio was obviously increased with the decrease of T in male patients,while E₂ level was significantly decreased with the increase of T in female patients,with high insulinemia and insulin resistance.E₂/W was positively related with fast blood glucose（FBG）,fast serum insulin（FINS）,but was negatively with total cholesterol（TC）and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）.T was negatively related with triglyceride（TG）,but was positively related with HDL-C.Conclusion It was suggested that there might be a severe sex hormone imbalance,lipid metabolic disorder and insulin resistance in NIDDM patients.更多还原
