【摘要】 目的总结常规器械肋缘下小切口胆囊切除术的临床经验。方法对我院1997年5月~2006年5月用常规器械行肋缘下小切口胆囊切除术356例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组小切口完成手术339例,因各种原因术中延长切口17例,全部治愈,无胆管损伤、胆瘘等严重并发症发生。结论用常规器械行肋缘下小切口胆囊切除术是一种安全有效、损伤小、病人痛苦轻、预后好、恢复快、费用低的手术方法,易于在基层医院开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical experience in Minicholecystecomy with subcostal.Methods A retrospective analysis was made to clinical data of 356 cases receiving Minicholecystecomy with subcostal in our hospital from May 1997 to May 2006.Results Out of the 356 cases,Minicholecystecomy with subcostal was successfully performed on 339 cases,while the incisions in 17 cases had to be prolonged in operations because of various causes;the 356 cases all recovered with no serious complications like bile duct injury and bile fistula.Conclusion The Minicholecystecomy with subcostal is an effective operation with small injury,less pain for patients,good prognosis and low expenses,it’s worthy of being popularized in basic hospitals.更多还原
