面向对象的GIS虚拟环境实现研究

【摘要】 地理信息系统(G IS)从外部来看,它表现为计算机软硬件系统;而其内涵是由计算机程序和地理数据组织而成的地理空间信息模型,是虚拟环境的一种实现形式。提出采用面向对象技术实现一个G IS系统,具体介绍了设计的虚拟地理信息系统数据模型,在该数据模型中引入地理元素对象和操作,用对象容器来实现对地理元素和操作的支持和管理。最后给出了一个利用面向对象开发工具JAVA实现G IS系统的实例。

【Abstract】 Geographic information system(GIS) is known as a computer system.The connotation of GIS is geographic information models built by computer program and geographic data.It’s a kind of implementation of virtual environment.This paper introduces an implementation of GIS by use of object-oriented technology.The geographic object,operation and the object container of this virtual GIS model are discussed in detail in this paper.An example of GIS based on JAVA is also presented.
