中美高等教育认证制度比较分析
Comparative Aalysis on Accreditation Institution of Higher Education between China and USA
【摘要】 美国高等教育认证制度具有独立性、公正性、权威性和自愿性等性质特点。本文从正式规则、非正式规则和实施机制的角度,对中美两国的高等教育评估制度的性质特点进行了比较分析,以探索我国教育评估制度可能存在的问题,明确在中国借鉴美国教育认证制度的基本约束条件。
【Abstract】 USA’s accreditation institution of higher education has characteristics of independency,justness,authority and voluntariness.This paper comparatively analyzes the characteristics of the accreditation institution of higher education between China and USA from the view points of formal or informal regulations and actualizing mechanism,as to discuss the problems of educational evaluation institution in China,and to clarify the basic restriction conditions for using USA’s accreditation institution of higher education as reference in China.
