【摘要】 本文从内部条件、组织管理、制度建设、开展继续医学教育(CME)活动情况、质量控制、效益分析等方面对新疆医科大学第一附属医院CME工作进行回顾与分析,探讨存在问题,展望今后发展方向。结果显示:CME整体情况良好。然而,由于种种原因,尚不能适应形势发展的要求,还存在不少问题和薄弱环节,认真抓好并落实CME工作任重而道远。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aims of this paper were to introduce continuing medical education(CME) experience and understanding of the First Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from inner situation,organization,system constructing,carrying out,quality management,social effect analysis.Talking about the problems existed in CME,Discuss the direction of CME in future.The result shows that the general situation of CME can be Accepted.However,for various reasons,the CME in hospital is still undeveloped and exist problems.This paper awoke us that we shoulder heavy responsibilities in CME in hospital.更多还原
