【Abstract】 Investigated 494 nurses who took part in the graduation synthesis skill exam of Guangdong Province self-learning exam. Group sampling method was adopted. The result showed that years of being nurse, marriage status and difficult degree of the exam contents were positively correlated with exam year, however, degree of hospital were negatively correlated with exam year.更多还原
