【摘要】 目的探讨美能注射液治疗花粉症疗效。方法56例花粉症患者随机分为两组,治疗组32例,对照组24例,治疗组除应用盐酸西体利嗪片,维生素C片,钙剂等治疗外,应用美能注射液40 m l用5%葡萄糖注射液250 m l稀释后,静脉滴注,1次/d,连用1周;对照组不用美能注射液,其余治疗与治疗组相同。结果治疗组花粉症患者治疗前症状总评分为10.40±2.24,1周后总评分为2.5±0.14,治疗前、后比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);对照组花粉症患者治疗前症状总评分为10.20±2.56,1周后总评分为5.48±1.21,治疗前、后比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),两组显效率相比,治疗组为63.3%明显高于对照组的41.7%(P<0.01)。结论美能注射液治疗花粉症疗效显著,无明显副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of compound glycyrrhizin injection on pollinosis.Methods A total of 56 patients with pollinosis were divided into two groups at random,i.e.treatment group(n=32) and control group(n=24).The treatment group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin injection(40 ml,added to 250 ml of 5% glucose solution) by intravenous drip once per day for one week,in addition to cetirizine,vitamine C and calcium ion.Results In the treatment group,the total symptomatic scores of the patients with pollinosis were 10.40±2.24(before treatment) and 2.50±0.14(after treatment),between which there was significant difference(P<0.01). In the control group,the score after treatment was 5.48±1.21,lower than that(10.20±2.56) of before treatment(P<0.01).Furthermore,the clearly effective rate was obviously higher in the treatment group(63.3%) than in the control group(41.7%)(P<0.01).Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin injection is clearly effective on the treatment of pollinosis without obvious adverse reaction.更多还原
