【摘要】 目的探讨三酰甘油/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(TG/HDL-C)比值与糖尿病肾病的关系。方法将340例糖尿病住院病人,分为糖尿病肾病组(n=103)和糖尿病无肾病组(n=237),检测血清TG和HDL-C水平,计算TG/HDL-C比值,进行比较分析。结果糖尿病肾病组血清TG/HDL-C比值水平为(2.676±2.984),糖尿病无肾病组为(1.713±1.482),两组相比,差异有非常显著性意义(t=3.9 5 6,P<0.0 0 1)。糖尿病肾病组TG/HDL-C比值异常率(69.9%)明显高于糖尿病无肾病组(44.7%),差异有显著性意义(χ2=18.24,P<0.01),也高于TG及HDL-C单项指标的异常率。结论血清TG/HDL-C比值与糖尿病肾病相关,可能是糖尿病肾病发生的一个危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the ratio of serum triglyceride(TG)/high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) and diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 340 inpatients with diabetes mellitus were divided into nephropathy group(n=103) and non-nephropathy group(n=237).Serum levels of TG and HDL-C were measured and the ratio of TG and HDL-C was then calculated.Results The ratio(2.676±2.984) of nephropathy group was significantly higher than that(1.713±1.482) of non-nephropathy group(t=3.956P<0.001).The rate of abnormal ratio was obviously higher in nephropathy group(69.9%) than in non-nephropathy group(44.7%)(χ~2=18.24,P<0.01).Furthermore,in nephropathy group the rate of abnormal ratio was higher than that of abnormal TG or HDL-C level.Conclusion There is a positive correlation between serum TG/HDL-C and diabetic nephropathy,and TG/HDL-C may be an independent risk factor of diabetic nephropathy.更多还原
