【摘要】 目的观察在常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪对改善原发性扩张性心肌病心功能的影响和安全性。方法将46例符合诊断标准的原发性扩张性心肌病患者,随机分为A组和B组,每组23例,A组给予常规治疗,B组在常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪20 mg,3次/d,两组疗程均为16周。比较两组治疗前后的临床疗效、心胸比、左室射血分数(LVEF)等。结果B组再住院率明显降低,心功能改善优于A组(P<0.01),LVEF改善B组明显优于A组(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪对改善原发性扩张性心肌病心功能的疗效优于一般常规药物治疗。曲美他嗪可作为治疗原发性扩张性心肌病的辅助药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of trimetazidine on the patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).Methods Forty-six patients with DCM who were randomized into conventional therapy group and trimetazidine therapy group(23 patients per group),were involved in this study.In the trimetazidine group,trimetazidine(20mg, three times daily) were given in addition to conventional therapy.Their treatment durations were both 16 weeks.The improvement of clinical symptoms and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) measured with echocardiography were observed before and after the treatment.Results Compared with that of the conventional therapy group,not only the cardiac function of the trimetazidine group improved markedly(P<0.05),but the improvement of LVEF was more significant as well(P<0.01).Conclusion Combined therapy of trimetazidine and conventional drugs improved the cardiac function in the patients with DCM more effectively,and trimetazidine may acts as an adjuvant drug for the disease.更多还原
