【摘要】 目的探讨泰勒宁胶囊在中晚期肿瘤患者疼痛治疗中的临床疗效。方法实验组及对照组各42例中晚期癌症疼痛患者口服泰勒宁胶囊及曲马朵胶囊,观察疼痛缓解程度及毒副作用。结果实验组与对照组比较,平均疼痛强度差、中度以上疼痛缓解率及重度疼痛患者完全疼痛缓解率,两组间无明显差异(P均>0.05),但对于中度疼痛患者,泰勒宁的完全缓解率明显高于曲马朵(P<0.05)。结论泰勒宁胶囊治疗中晚期癌症疼痛疗效确切,且副作用小,适用于癌痛“三阶梯治疗”的第二,三阶段,尤其是第二阶梯治疗阶段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the therapeutic outcome of tylox capsule for the pain caused by middle and advanced cancer.Methods Patients were divided into experimental group and control group(42 patients per group),which took tylox and tramadol capsules respectivley.Improvements in pain and adverse effects were observed.Results After treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in mean pain intensity difference,moderate or clear pain alleviation rate,and complete pain alleviation rate in the patients with severe pain(P>0.05).However,in the patients with medium pain,higher complete alleviation rate was found in those treated with tylox(P<0.05).Conclusion Tylox capsule,which leads to slight adverse effect, is definitely effective on the pain caused by middle and advanced cancer,and fit for three-grade therapy of cancer pain,especially for the the second grade therapy.更多还原
