高校学生纠纷化解路径新探
New Research on Ways of Settlement for College Students’ Dispute
【摘要】 本文采取模拟仲裁方式处理的一个学生纠纷案件为例,探讨了如何运用模拟仲裁的方式,处理学生纠纷中的有关问题。
【Abstract】 The author studies some issues concerning how to effectively make use of the method of simulation arbitration or simulation court to settle students’ disputes by analyzing a case that the author dealt with by using the way of simulation arbitration.
