【Abstract】 In order to carry out the strategy to construct the harmonious society,the key thing is to develop the basic education in countryside.The level and quality of the basic education in countryside depends on the quality of the principals in elementary and middle schools.The training of the principals in elementary and middle schools is important in the development of national education in the "11th Five-Year Plan".The conclusion of the study from the objective reality provides the reference of plan and training policy for the leading bureau dealing with the training of principals in elementary and middle schools in our province.更多还原
