新型含氟二胺及可溶性聚酰亚胺的合成与性能
Synthesis and Characterization of Fluorinated Diamine and Soluble Polyimide
【摘要】 采用硝基取代反应,制备了一种新型含氟二胺,4,4′-双(3-氨基-5-三氟甲基苯氧基)-3,3,′5,5′-四甲基联苯(TFMDA)。以TFMDA为二胺单体,与芳香族二酐2,3,3,′4′-联苯四甲酸二酐(a-BPDA)通过高温一步法制备了一种新型聚酰亚胺PI-F。研究结果表明,PI-F在N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(NMP)、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)、环戊酮以及四氢呋喃等有机溶剂中具有优良的溶解性能。PI-F薄膜具有优良的耐热稳定性,氮气中的起始热分解温度为474℃。此外,PI-F薄膜在可见光范围内具有优良的透明性,450 nm处的透光率超过80%。
【Abstract】 A new fluorine-containing diamine,4,4′-bis(3-amino-5-trifluoromethylphenoxy)-3,3′,5,5′-tetramethyl biphenyl(TFMDA) was synthesized by nitro-substituted reaction.A polyimide(PI-F) was synthesized from TFMDA and an aromatic dianhydride,2,3,3′,4′-biphenyl tetracarboxylic dianhydride(a-BPDA) by one-step high temperature polycondensation procedure.The polyimide shows good solubility in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone(NMP),N,N-′dimethyl-acetamide(DMAc),cyclopentanone,and tetrahydrofuran.PI-F film has good thermal stability with the initial decomposition temperature of 474 ℃.Furthermore,PI-F film exhibits good transparency in the visible light region and the transparency at 450 nm is higher than 80 %.
