【摘要】 目的了解社区居民高血压知、信、行状况及其与高血压的关系。方法采用病例对照研究的方法,从30岁以上常住人口中随机选取419例高血压患者和391例正常对照。结果在高血压病例组教育程度、人均家庭月收入显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05),抽烟比例及其严重程度显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05),两组间饮酒无显著性差异(P=0.965,P>0.05);在高血压知识、行为的回答中,对成人血压正常值的高限、高血压患者是否需要定期测血压、你是否查过血压等问题,高血压病例组回答“正确”或回答“是”的比例明显高于健康对照组,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05),而在正常人是否有必要经常测血压的问题上,两组间回答无显著性差异(P=0.494,P>0.05)。结论提高社区居民受教育和经济收入水平,减少直至禁止在社区内吸烟,加强对社区居民的高血压相关危险因素及其防治知识的宣传教育能够有效降低社区居民高血压患病率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the KAP about hypertension among the residents in community and the relationship between the KAP and hypertension. Methods Adopt the method of the case-control studies, choose 419 cases of hypertension patients and 391 cases of normal control by random sample among the permanent residents aged 30～69. Results The education degree and per capita family’s monthly income in the hypertension group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0. 05), the smoking rate in the hypertension group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0. 05), the drinking rate had not significantly difference between two groups (P=0.965, P > 0. 05); there are significant differences between hypertension group and normal control group on such issues as the value of normal up-limit of adult blood pressure ,the necessary of measuring the blood pressure regularly for hypertension patients, and if you ever measured yourselves blood pressure or not; On the issue that it is necessary for the normal person to often examine blood pressure , do not have significance difference (P=0. 494, P > 0. 05). Conclusion Improve community’s resident’s educational level and income level, reduce until forbid to smoke in the community, the propaganda and education which strengthen relevant dangerous factors of hypertension and preventive treatment knowledge to community residents can reduce the ill rate of community’s hypertension effectively .更多还原
