【摘要】 在开发摩托车新产品的过程中探讨虚拟制造技术,以提高摩托车产品自主开发能力。为此提出了虚拟制造的体系结构,重点研究摩托车产品的虚拟建模、虚拟装配和虚拟加工,建立了完整的摩托车产品虚拟制造模型。实现了摩托车产品虚拟制造的装配模型、特征模型、几何模型的计算机处理,开发了FT150摩托车电子模型,提高了摩托车企业产品自主开发能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 It uses the virtual technology to develop the products of motorcycle, sets up the system structure of virtual manufacture. It builds the model of virtual motorcycle, which is suitable for design, machining process and assembly. The model can be integrated to whole products development process such as assembly model, feature model and geometry model. As an example of the FT150, the results show the model can advance the ability of product development.更多还原
