【摘要】 目的探讨腰椎滑脱症的适宜手术入路及方式。方法应用单侧椎间孔入路腰椎体间融合术治疗腰椎滑脱症21例,通过观察及分析术中出血量、手术时间、早期疗效及手术前后X线片资料。结果21例病例早期临床优良率100%,术后随访6个月,植骨融合率100%。结论经单侧椎间孔入路腰椎体间融合术是一种安全可行,疗效满意的治疗腰椎滑脱症的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the suitable operative approach and manner of the treatment for the spondylolisthesis. Methods 21 cases with spondylolisthesis were treated with lumbar interbody fusion.Observed and analyzed the operate hemorrhage,operate time,early period clinical effect and preoperative and postoperative X ray data. Results Early period clinical fine rate was 100%,bone confluence rate was 100%. Conclusion The transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion was a feasible and safety operate approach and manner for the spondylolisthesis.The clinical effect was satisfactory.更多还原
