【摘要】 目的探讨义眼座植入或结膜瓣遮盖术后,参照健眼外观“量身定做”薄形义眼片的整容效果。方法主要以PMMA为材料,经过取模、义眼巩膜片制作、嵌入虹膜钉、压制透明层和打磨抛光等工序,为73例(73眼)患者定制硬性薄义眼。结果经1～3年随访,所有患者均未出现严重并发症,但配戴硬性义眼后结膜囊分泌物增加。美容效果良好者63例,义眼片颜色不理想2例,活动度受限5例,配戴半年后2例因眼座下陷需增加义眼片厚度,1例出现下穹隆变浅。结论用PMMA材料因人定做的薄义眼片美容效果较为满意,但对结膜囊有一定的刺激性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the plastic effect of the custom-made thin artificial eyes for the patients having undergone intraorbital implantation or conjunctival covering procedure. Methods PMMA was used to design a thin artificial eye. The model was made to match the color of the healthy eye and was shined and polished to improve the appearance. 73 eyes were replaced with an artificial model for this study. Results There were no serious complications during the follow-up period of 1～3 years, but there was profuse conjunctival exudate after wearing the artificial eye. A satisfactory effect was achieved in 63 cases. The colors of artificial eye didn’t match well that of the healthy eye in 2 cases and the movement was unsatisfactory in 5 cases. 6 months later, the artificial eye wasn’t fitted well in 2 cases and inferior fornices shallowed in 1 case. Conclution The custom-made thin PMMA artificial eye is a good selection for prosthetic treatment.更多还原
