管线钢带状组织对CO2/H2S腐蚀行为影响的比较分析
A comparative analysis of the effects of CO2/H2S corrosion on banded pipeline steel structure
【摘要】 分析比较了带状组织级别不同的管线钢在低温区CO2+NACE及CO2/H2S+NACE溶液中的腐蚀速率和腐蚀形态。证实腐蚀环境不同,带状组织对腐蚀速率的影响不同;带状组织级别较高的钢材,发生局部腐蚀及SCC和HIC的倾向性较大,局部腐蚀的程度较严重。并提出要提高管线钢的抗CO2及H2S腐蚀性能,应控制带状组织级别。
【Abstract】 The corrosion rate and corrode appearance of different banded pipeline steels structures in CO2+NACE and CO2/H2S+NACE solution in lower temperature areas has been investigated.The influences of banded structures on corrosion rates are different when the corrosion environment is changing.When the grade banded structure is higher,the trend of partial corrosion gets bigger,so do the SCC and HIC.And the partial corrosion is more seriouser.In order to improve the performance of pipeline steel and to stands better against the CO2/H2S corrosion,the grade of banded structure should be examined controlled.
