基于FLUENT和FEPG的高压气体淬火数值模拟软件开发
Development of Simulation Software of High Pressure Gas Quenching System Based on FLUENT and FEPG
【摘要】 结合FEPG程序的VC++转换工具,开发了基于FLUENT和FEPG的高压气体淬火过程数值模拟软件,并用其模拟金属淬火过程中流场、温度场,以及金属内部的热应力和热应变的变化。
【Abstract】 Using this method and a toolkit for translating FEPG project to VC++ project,simulation software of high pressure gas quenching system was developed.Flow field of gas,temperature of gas and metal,and stress and strain in metal are all can be calculated in this system.
