【摘要】 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及其抑制因子-2(TIMP-2)在甲状腺癌中的表达及其与甲状腺癌生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法对55例甲状腺癌组织,20例甲状腺瘤组织,5例癌旁正常甲状腺组织MMP-2、TIMP-2进行检测,并进行χ2检验及等级相关分析。结果免疫组化结果显示MMP-2、TIMP-2蛋白在甲状腺癌中表达极显著高于癌旁正常甲状腺组织和甲状腺瘤组织(P<0.01)。MMP-2蛋白表达率随甲状腺癌临床分期递增,肿瘤浸润程度的升高,淋巴结转移发生而上调。TIMP-2蛋白表达率随甲状腺癌临床分期递增,肿瘤浸润程度的升高,淋巴结转移发生而下调。结论MMP-2和TIMP-2蛋白的表达与甲状腺癌临床分期、淋巴结转移情况,肿瘤浸润程度有密切关系。检测甲状腺癌组织中MMP-2和TIMP-2蛋白的表达,尤其是测定MMP-2、TIMP-2比率,对判断甲状腺癌侵袭与转移,估计其预后有一定意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinase_-2(MMP_-2) and its tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase_-2(TIMP_-2) in thyroid cancer and to evaluate the relationship between the expression of both MMP_-2 and TIMP_-2 and biological behavior of thyroid cancer.Methods The expression of MMP_-2 and TIMP_-2 were observed by immunohistochemical technique in 55 cases of thyroid cancer,20 cases of thyroid adenoma,and 5 cases of the adjacent normal thyroid tissue.Significant difference was analyzed by χ² test.The correlation between levels of TIMP_-2 and MMP_-2 was studied with spearman correlation coefficient.Results The expressions of MMP_-2 and TIMP_-2 in thyroid cancer were significantly higher in thyroid cancer than that in the adjacent normal thyroid tissue and thyroid adenoma（P<0.01）.Increased expression of MMP_-2 was correlated with high clinical staging,high thyroid tumor invasion and presence of lymph node metastasis.Decreased expression of TIMP_-2 was correlated with high clinical stage,high thyroid tumor invasion and presence of lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The expressions of MMP_-2 and TIMP_-2 were closely correlated with clinical staging,lymph node metastasis,and tumor invasion of thyroid cancer.It might be good indicator in assessing invasion,lymph node metastasis and prognosis of patient with thyroid cancer by evaluating expressions of MMP_-2 and TIMP_-2 in thyroid cancer,especially,the ratio of MMP_-2over TIMP_-2.更多还原
