【摘要】 目的观察培菲康联合更昔洛韦治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒(CMV)性肝炎的疗效。方法将70例婴儿CMV肝炎随机分成对照组30例与治疗组40例,均给予一般保肝利胆治疗,治疗组加用更昔洛韦和培菲康治疗。比较两组总胆红素(TBIL)、结合胆红素(DBIL)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)的变化及CMV-DNA转阴率。结果治疗组与对照组相比黄疸消退、肝功能恢复及CMV-DNA转阴率均有显著性差异(P均<0.01)。结论培菲康联合更昔洛韦治疗婴儿CMV肝炎疗效显著、安全,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To estimate the adjuvant treatment of infant cytomegalovirus hepatitis with Gancilovir and BiFiCO.Methods Seventy patients were randomly divided into two groups.Forty patients of treatment group were given Ganciolovir and BiFiCO,besides synthetic treatment.Thirty of control group were given synthetic treatment.Compare to TBIL DBILand ALT AST and the negative rate of CMV-DNA.Results The changes of TBIL DBIL and ALT AST and the negative rate of CMV-DNA in treatment group were superior to that in control group(P<(0.01)).Conclusion This method is efficient and safety and deserved clinical expansive application更多还原
