【摘要】 目的探讨自制中药生津剂在头颈部放疗中对唾液淀粉酶含量的影响。方法将33位因头颈部肿瘤而放疗的患者(均为首程放疗)随机分为两组:试验组(n=16)治疗采用中药生津剂加放疗;对照组(n=17)单纯放疗。检测其放疗前及放疗不同剂量(20、40、60 Gy)时的唾液淀粉酶含量。本生津剂方剂组成为:饮剂:党参,玄参,丹参,天冬,麦冬,甘草;漱剂:银花,菊花,山楂。结果随着放疗剂量的增加,两组患者唾液淀粉酶含量均降低,在放疗剂量至204、0 Gy时,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。当放疗剂量至60 Gy时,则无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论本中药生津剂可在一定程度上减少涎腺的损害,从而保护涎腺,但不能降低放疗对涎腺的损害。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of Chinese herbal on salivary amylase concentration of saliva in patients with head and neck cancer during radiotherapy(RT).Methods Thirty-three cases with head and neck cancer which were randomly divided into experimental group treated with RT plus Chinese herb and control group treated with RT alone were analyzed the amylase concentration of saliva before and during the RT(20,40,60 Gy,respectively).The ingredients of Chinese herbal: the drinking includes codonopsis pilosula nannf,scrophularia ningpoensis hemsl,salvia miltiorrhiza bge,asparagus cochinchinensis merr,ophiopogon japonicus ker-gawl and glycyrrhiza uralenses fisch;the reining includes lonicera japonica thunb,chrysanthemum morifolium ramat, crataegus pinnatifida bge.Results The amylase concentration of saliva of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 20 and 40Gy(P<0.05).But there was not a significant difference at 60Gy.Conclusion Chinese herb used in the study was effective to relieve the damage of salivary glands of patients with head and neck cancer to some extend.更多还原
