三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯的合成
SYNTHESIS OF TREMETHYLOLPROPANE TRIS-ACRYLATE
【摘要】 以三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、丙烯酸(AA)为原料,硫酸铈为催化剂,环己烷和甲苯混合物为带水剂,合成了三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯。考察了原料配比、催化剂用量等因素对产物酯化率的影响。结果表明:以对苯二酚和吩噻嗪作混合阻聚剂,n(AA):n(TMP)=3.40:1,硫酸铈的用量约为三羟甲基丙烷质量的5%,带水剂中甲苯体积分数45%,酯化反应温度为95℃,反应时间为5 h,空气流量为7 mL/min,最终产率达到98.4%。
【Abstract】 Trimethylolpropane tris-acrylate (TMPTA) has been obtained by the reaction of trimethylolpropane (TMP) and acrylic acid (AA) with Ce2(SO4)3 as catalyst and cyclohexane and toluene as water-carrying agent. The effects of the ratio of TMP to AA and the amount of the catalyst on the reaction were investigated. The results showed that the total yield of TMPTA was 98. 4% under conditions of n(AA) : n(TMP) = 3. 40 : 1, catalyst concentration 3%, mixed water-carrying agents and in the presence of polymerization inhibitor, reaction temperature 95℃, reaction time 5 h,flow of air 7 mL/min.
