碘催化合成乙酸-β-萘酯
SYNTHESIS OF β-NAPHTHYL ACETATE CATALYZED BY IODINE
【摘要】 以碘作催化剂,由β-萘酚与乙酸酐酰化反应合成了乙酸-β-萘酯。考察了反应时间、催化剂用量、乙酸酐用量对乙酸-β-萘酯产率的影响。结果表明:在无溶剂、3.6 g(0.025 mol)β-萘酚、3.0 mL(0.032 mol)乙酸酐、0.634 5 g(0.002 5 mol)粒状单质碘、反应温度80℃、反应40 min的条件下,乙酸-β-萘酯的产率可达98.0%。
【Abstract】 β-naphthyl acetate was prepared by acetylatingβ-naphthol with acetic anhydride catalyzed by iodine. The effects of reaction time and the amounts of the catalyst and acetic anhydride on the yield were studied. The yield ofβ-naphthyl acetate was 98.0% under the optimal conditions: solvent free,β-naphthol 3.6 g (0.025 mol) , acetic anhydride 3.0 mL (0.032 mol) , iodine 0.634 5 g (0.002 5 mol),reaction time 40 min and reaction temperature 80℃.
