聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯的合成、表征及性能

【摘要】 以丙烯酸和高碳醇为原料、固体酸为催化剂,采用熔融酯化法合成了不同碳链长度的丙烯酸高碳醇酯纯品。反应中不使用甲苯,并优化了精制过程,在优化的条件下酯化率大于95%;经折光率、熔点、红外、核磁表征证明所得产物为较纯的丙烯酸高碳醇酯,并考察了丙烯酸高碳醇聚合物的降凝助滤性能。

【Abstract】 Higher alcohol acrylates were synthesized by direct melt esterification of acrylic acid with higher alcohols, catalyzed by p-toluenesulfonic acid in the absence of poisonous methylbenzene. Under optimal conditions, the yield was up to 95%. The structure and properties of the acrylates were stud-ied by the measurement of the melting points, IR and H NMR spectroscopies. The results showed that products were pure. Furthermore, polymers were prepared from the higher alcohol acrylates and the pour point depression performance of the polymers was investigated.
