阳离子型聚氨基酰胺的合成及其性能
SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES OF THE CATIONIC POLYAMINAMIDE
【摘要】 以己二酸、二亚乙基三胺、脲和环氧氯丙烷为原料,用熔融法合成了阳离子型聚氨基酰胺。聚酰胺预聚体在170℃反应150 min,所得产物的表观粘度为892 mPa.s;脱氨化反应在125℃时反应7 h所得产物的表观粘度为1 370 mPa.s;交联反应在70℃时反应70 min所得产物的表观粘度为1 480 m Pa.s。所得终产物易溶于水,pH值为5~7,固含量为(66±1)%,用凝固点降低法测定的数均相对分子质量为15 500,与市售产品相比,固含量与表观粘度都有所增加。
【Abstract】 The cationic polyaminamide was synthesized by melting employing adipic acid,diethy lenetriamine,epichlorohydrin and urea as staring materials.The influences of reaction time and temperature on the apparent viscosity of the product was studied.The apparent viscosity of product produced by amidation reaction at 170 ℃ for 150 min,produced by deamination reaction at 125 ℃ for 8 h and produced by crosslinking reaction at 70 ℃ for 70 min was 892,370 and 480 mPa·s,respectively.The pH value of the product was 57,and the solid content of the product was(66±1)%,and the number average molecular weight of product was 15 500 by freezing-point depression.The structure of the product was characterized by IR spectrum.Solid content and the apparent viscosity of the product was improved,compared with the commercial product.
