微波辐射固体酸催化合成对羟基苯甲酸苄酯的研究
SYNTHESIS OF BENZYL p-HYDROXYBENZOATE USING SOLID ACID AS CATALYST UNDER MICROWAVE IRRADIATION
【摘要】 采用微波辐射技术,以对羟基苯甲酸和苄醇为原料,硫酸氢钠或硫酸锆为催化剂,合成了对羟基苯甲酸苄酯。最佳反应条件:微波辐射功率为464 W,辐射时间为4 min,醇酸摩尔比为5∶1,催化剂用量为0.2 g,酯化率分别为98.6%和97.5%。
【Abstract】 Benzyl p-hydroxybenzoate was directly synthesized from p-hydroxybenzoic acid and benzyl alcohol using sodium bisulfate(A) or zirconium sulfate(B) as catalysts under microwave irradiation.The optimal reaction conditions were found as follows: microwave power 464 W,irradiation time 4 min,the molar ratio of alcohol to acid 5∶1.Under the optimal conditions,with 0.2 g sodium bisulfate or zirconium sulfate as catalysts,the yield was up to 98.6% and 97.5%,respectively.The experimental results showed that proper microwave irradiation could speed up the reaction of the esterification and high yield could be obtained.
