自动机械中槽轮机构的参数化设计与仿真
Parameterized design and simulation on geneva mechanism of automatic machinery
【摘要】 以自动机械中常用的外槽轮设计为例,建立了槽轮机构参数化设计的数学模型,利用VB对AutoCAD的二次开发技术,成功实现了槽轮机构的参数化设计及运动仿真。该系统在选定槽轮机构的运动工况及受力条件的情况下,能够对设计结果进行自动校验,并可以实现槽轮机构工程图的自动输出,进行尺寸参数及技术条件的标注,提高了槽轮机构的设计效率。为槽轮机构的数字化设计、加工提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Taking the design of commonly used outer geneva wheel of automatic machinery as an example,the mathematical model of parameterized design of geneva mechanism was established.Using the secondary development techniques of AutoCAD made by VB,the parameterized design and kinematics simulation on geneva mechanism were successfully realized.Under the circumstances of selecting the kinematical working situation and force bearing condition of geneva mechanism,this system could conduct automatic inspection on the designing result,and could realize automatic output of engineering drawing of the geneva mechanism and carry out the marking of dimensional parameters and technical requirements, thus enhanced the designing efficiency of geneva mechanism,and provided theoretical basis for the digitized design and machining of the geneva mechanism.
