基于仿真的机构动力综合优化平衡研究

【摘要】 为了对机构的内部动态性能进行改善,应该进行机构的综合动力平衡。采用基于仿真的方法对机构的振动力、振动力矩、输入转矩、副反力的综合动力平衡进行了研究,找到一种求解机构动平衡的新方法,并通过算例比较,验证了该方法的有效性。

【Abstract】 For the sake of carrying out an improvement on the interior dynamic property of mechanism,the comprehensive dynamic balance of mechanism should be carried out.This paper adopted the simulation-based method to carrying out study on the comprehensive dynamic balance of mechanism in vibration force,vibration moment,inputting torque and subsidiary reacting force.A kind of new method for solving the dynamic balance of mechanism was found,and by means of comparison on computational examples,the effectiveness of this method was verified.
