冰箱压缩机支承系统的动力学分析与优化

【摘要】 以冰箱压缩机隔振系统为背景,建立柔性基础双层隔振系统力学模型,运用子结构导纳法推导隔振系统传递率公式。以推导出的理论公式为基础,应用遗传算法对隔振系统参数进行优化研究。文中还对理论公式和部分优化结果进行数值仿真和试验验证。试验和优化结果验证理论分析的正确性,研究结果具有工程应用价值。

【Abstract】 On the background of isolation system of a refrigerator compressor, a new mechanical model of the compressor was proposed, and applying substructure mobility approach, the formula of transmissibility of the isolation system was derived. Then on the basis of the known formula, some parameters of the isolation system were optimized by genetic algorithm. Furthermore, numerical simulations and experiments for the theoretical formula and the results of optimization were carried out respectively, the results of experiments and optimization prove the accuracy of theoretical analysis. All results have the applied value in engineering.
