杂交油菜主要产量性状与品质性状的关系研究

【摘要】 对2004~2006年度江西省油菜区试参试杂交组合的主要产量性状进行了分析,研究了主要产量性状间及与品质性状的关系。结果表明,参试杂种各性状存在不同程度的杂种优势,在所考查的10个主要产量性状中以单株产量、单株有效角果数和千粒重的杂种优势表现较明显;主要产量性状相关分析表明,单株产量与生育期、单株有效角果数呈极显著正相关,而单株有效角果数又与生育期、主花序长度、主花序角果数呈极显著正相关,表明增加单株有效角果数是提高杂交油菜产量的主要方式;主要产量性状和品质性状相关分析表明,单株产量与硫甙、芥酸含量呈极显著正相关,与含油量呈极显著负相关,表明提高杂种产量与改良品质仍有一定的矛盾。

【Abstract】 Some main yield traits and quality traits of 35 hybrid rapeseed cultivars tested in Jiangxi Rapeseed Regional Trial from 2004 to 2006 were analyzed.The results showed that:(a) There existed different heterosis performance among the traits of the combinations tested,especially yield per plant,No.of pods per plant and 1000-seed weight.(b) The analysis of the correlation among the main yield traits showed that the correlations between yield per plant and growth duration,yield per plant and No.of pods per plant were significantly positive at 1% level,while the correlations between No.of pods per plant and growth duration,No.of pods per plant and length of main inflorescence,No.of pods per plant and pods of main inflorescence were significantly positive at 1% level,revealing that increasing No.of pods per plant is the main approach to increasing rapeseed yield.(c) The analysis of the correlation between the main yield traits and the quality traits showed that the correlations between the yield per plant and glucosinolate content,the yield per plant and erucic acid were significantly positive at 1% level,while the correlation between the yield per plant and oil content was significantly negative at 1% level,this indicated that enhancing yield potential was still in a contradiction with improving quality of hybrid rapeseed.
