【摘要】 土地整理潜力评价是土地整理规划的基础性工作,是合理有效安排土地整理工作的根本依据。以上饶市为例,在耕地整理潜力测算的基础上,采用多因素评价体系法对上饶市耕地整理潜力进行了综合评价研究并划分潜力级别,并与传统的单因素法评价结果进行了对比与分析,得出的结论是多因素评价体系法比单因素法更全面、科学、可取,从而为今后的耕地整理潜力评价工作提供有益的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The land arrangement potential evaluation is a foundational work of the land arrangement plan and also the essential gist of arranging land arrangement work effectively.Meanwhile,land arrangement has caught increasing concern in land use science research.Taking Shangrao City as an example, on the foundation of land arrangement potential estimation,the multi-factor system was adopted and the land arrangement potential of Shangrao City was graded, Based on the contrast and the analysis of the appraisal result of the traditional single-factor system,the conclusion is that the multi-factor appraisal system is more comprehensive,scientific and advisable,thus provides the beneficial model to the land arrangement potential appraisal work in future.更多还原
