高温胁迫对早稻不同品种灌浆结实和稻米品质的影响

【摘要】 选用不同耐热品种,研究高温胁迫后籽粒灌浆的差异。结果表明,高温影响灌浆物质积累主要在2个阶段,一是高温胁迫阶段,此阶段灌浆速率增大,是导致垩白增大的主要因素;二是解除胁迫后,灌浆速率明显下降、灌浆持续时间缩短,导致籽粒充实度下降、粒重降低而影响产量。082和农大288受高温胁迫影响的幅度小于协青早B和茉莉占。

【Abstract】 Varieties of early rice with different heat resistance were studied to determine the difference caused by high temperature stress on grain filling.The results indicated that high temperature stress impacts on the accumulation of filling materials mostly in two phases.The first is during the period of the stress.In this phase,the filling velocity was expedited,which was the major factor leading to chalkiness increase.The second was after the period of the stress.The filling velocity was declined and the filling duration was shortened,which resulted in reduced yield with low grain plumpness and weight.The effect of high temperature stress on 082 and Nongda 228 was lower than on Xieqingzao B and Molizhan.
