【Abstract】 An acid-dye colorimetry method was developed for the determ ination of total alkaloid of Gelsemium elegans Benth.The influence of various affecting the result of determ ination was investigated.The content of total alkaloid of Gelsemium elegans benth was determined by bromecresol green.It could be concluded that this is a specific,quick and simple method for the determ ination of total alkaloid of Gelsemium elegans Benth.更多还原
