基于PLC小型压块机电气控制系统的设计
The Design of electric Controlling System Based on PLC Miniature Pressers
【摘要】 针对小型压块机工作原理及工艺要求,重点介绍了其自动控制过程,并对控制系统进行了硬件设计,给出了压块机PLC控制系统外接线图,对I/O端子及内部继电器资源进行了分配。软件编程方法采用顺序控制设计法,并根据此方法设计了压块机自动控制系统的梯形图。
【Abstract】 In view of the working principle and technological requirements of the miniature pressers, this paper primarily introduces the automatic controlling process. Furthermore, it provides the hardware design of the controlling system and the external wiring diagram of the pressers, distributes I/O ports and the internal relay resources. As for the software design, the paper takes advantage of the sequence controlling design programming, and designs the ladders diagram of the automatic controlling system with this method.
