【Abstract】 Because of the high strength combat and the technique of tactics change in the modern volleyball,the success depends on a team’s height,speed,and the stereoscopic of attack and the defend on the net.The place feature of the athletes is becoming more doubtful divided.Except the people of free,the demarcation line of main athletes and deputy athletes had already been broken,all other athletes including the second athletes who pass the ball and the second athletes who supply the ball,need take part in attacking,intercepting the net,and have the ability of sustained spring screen.So the ability of sustained spring is the lifeline of the modern volleyball’ sustained development.更多还原
