【Abstract】 Aimed at the unbalance condition of the real estate market in our country,this paper is studying on grading the land of 15 vice-province cities and 4 municipalities directly under the central government,in order to provide the basis for government to formulate the macroscopic policy of urban land with compensation use.Weighed addition and comparative analysis methods were used to grade the land of 19 cities with the result of 4 grades.更多还原
