【摘要】 目的探讨性激素在男性胃癌发病中的意义。方法采用放射免疫分析法检测32例男性胃癌患者及30例同年龄男性健康体检者血清中的雌二醇(ESTRADIOL,E2)、睾酮(Testosterone,T)及泌乳素(Prolactin,PRL)水平。结果胃癌组血清E2、T、PRL分别为41.81±5.53pg/ml、813.36±47.57ng/dl、14.35±1.52ng/ml,胃癌组血清E2、T明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而PRL明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论男性胃癌的发生可能与性激素代谢失衡有一定的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the significance of sex hormone for the incidence of gastric cancer in male. Methods The levels of serum estradiol(E2), testosterone(T) and prolactin(PRL) were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results Serum E2, T and PRL in male patients with gastric cancer were 41.81±15.53pg/ml, 813.36±247.57ng/dl and 14.35±11.52ng/ml respectively. E2 and T in the patients were significantly lower than those in the age matched controls(P<0.05), but PRL in the patients group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusions The results suggested that the incidence of gastric cancer in male may be relative to sex hormone disorder.更多还原
