双乙烯酮在医药中间体合成中的应用

【摘要】 介绍了双乙烯酮在精细化工行业,特别是医药中间体行业中的应用。国内一般是将双乙烯酮水解成乙酰乙酸乙酯,再经过肟化、醚化、环合、水解等步骤制备氨噻肟酸系列产品,而国外主要是将双乙烯酮直接与氯气反应,制备成4-氯丁酰氯,再继续反应制备氨噻肟酸系列产品。国外工艺比国内工艺路线短,成本低。

【Abstract】 The application of diethenone in fine chemical industry, especially in synthesis of the pharmaceutical intermediates is introduced. In China, 2-(2-aminothiazole-4-yl)-2-methoxyiminoacetic acid (AMMA) is synthesized based on diethenone through hydrolysis, oximation, etherification, cyclization and hydrolysis. But AMMA is obtained in foreign countries using diethenone as raw material via direct chlorination of 4-chlorobutyryl chloride firstly, and then with some reactions further. Compared with the domestic technology, the foreign technology features simplicity in synthetic route and lower cost.
