【Abstract】 The application situation,development status of sodium L-ascorbate-2-phosphate and its excellent properties were introduced.Two synthetic methods,i.e.chemical synthesis and biosynthesis using L-ascorbic acid as main raw material were reviewed.The prospect of market of sodium L-ascorbate-2-phosphate and its applications were also forecasted.更多还原
