丁烯提浓消泡剂抑泡性能的研究
Research on Foam Suppressing Performance of Antifoamer Used for Butylene Concentrating
【摘要】 在甲乙酮-N-甲酰吗啉溶剂体系中,对丁烯提浓使用的进口AMERAL-1500消泡剂和国产MAF-01消泡剂的抑泡性能进行研究,结果表明,温度、溶剂中甲乙酮含量和消泡剂用量影响消泡剂的抑泡性能;AMERAL-1500消泡剂的抑泡性能比MAF-01好。
【Abstract】 The foam-suppressing performances of the imported AMERAL-1500 antifoamer and the homemade MAF-01 ones used for butylene concentration process were investigated in methyl ethyl ketone-N-formylmorpholine solvent system.The result showed that the temperature,content of methyl ethyl ketone in solvent system and the dosage of antifoamer affected the foam-suppressing performance,and AMERAL-1500 antifoamer was better.
