脲醛树脂胶粘剂改性研究

【摘要】 对合成脲醛树脂的工艺参数进行了研究,并加入适量的聚乙烯醇、苯胺作为改性剂对脲醛树脂进行改性。改性后的脲醛树脂游离甲醛含量显著下降,剪切强度和耐水性也明显提高。最佳反应条件为:F/U物质的量比为1.6,缩聚温度为85℃,pH为5.5,改性剂聚乙烯醇和苯胺分别占尿素总量的1.2%和9%。

【Abstract】 The technological parameters obtained from the results of synthesizing urea-formaldehyde (UF) resin were studied, and UF resin was modified by adding polyvinyl alcohol and aniline in the synthetic process. The results show that the free formaldehyde contained in resin was declined sharply, shear strength and capability of water resistant was also improved obviously after modification. And the optimum conditions were obtained i.e. the mole ratio between formaldehyde and urea was 16, the temperature was 85℃, value of pH was 55, dosage of polyvinyl alcohol and aniline was 12% and 9% respectively.
