【Abstract】 Uronic acid can be synthesized by oxidation of monosaccharide. Several methods applied widely for synthesizing uronic acid are introduced,such as methods of one-step process and two-step process.The method of directly oxidizing the hydroxymethyl to carboxylic group is named one-step process.And the method which is firstly oxidizing hydroxymethyl to formacyl and secondly oxidizing formacyl to carboxylic group are called two-step process.Meanwhile,the advantage and shortcoming of the methods,and selection of catalyst and the appropriate reaction condition of the methods are discussed.更多还原
