【Abstract】 The mechanical and electrical improvement to Z5030A upright drill press is introduced in brief and the way how to realize automatic orientation by PLC is also illustrated in details. The improved drill press can accomplish intelligent drills function after inputting parameters though interface and pressing start button. The sketch map of mechanical improvement, the electrical hardware plan of PLC, the frame of main program and partly subprogram are showed in the paper.更多还原
