面向产品的CAPP系统开发中的几个关键技术
The Key Technology in the Design of Product-oriented CAPP
【摘要】 将传统的以零件为对象的工艺设计理念转变为面向整个产品进行工艺设计和工艺管理,扩大了CAPP的应用领域,推进了CAPP向集成化方向发展。文中详细介绍了面向产品的CAPP系统开发的指导思想及产品结构树、工艺设计、工装设备查询和工艺卡片输出模块的主要实现技术。
【Abstract】 It changes the traditional idea of process design from component part-oriented to product-oriented aiming for the enlargement of the application and integration of CAPP. The general idea of product-oriented CAPP design is analyzed. The implementation technology of some of the main modules such as product structure tree, process design, the searching for machine-tools and the output of process cards is also introduced.
