【摘要】 目的探讨四川省少数民族地区农村卫生系统反应性,为制定民族地区农村卫生发展政策和策略,提高民族地区卫生系统绩效提供依据。方法对四川省少数民族地区农村卫生系统两周就诊以及住院服务反应性进行分析。结果四川省少数民族地区农村卫生系统反应性低于汉族地区农村(P<0.05),卫生系统反应性与广大人民群众普遍合理的期望有一定距离。结论在全面建设小康社会的进程中,应统筹民族地区与汉族地区卫生事业的发展,增加对少数民族地区农村医疗卫生事业的财政投入,提高现有卫生资源的利用效率,强调卫生服务反应性,满足多层次、多样化的医疗服务需求,实现四川医疗卫生事业的可持续和谐发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide the warranty for setting the health policies and improving the health system performance in the minority areas of Sichuan Province through analyzing the health system responsiveness in those regions. Methods The health system responsiveness, two-weeks visit and hospital service in the minority areas of Sichuan Province were analyzed and evaluated. Results The health system responsiveness in the minority areas was lower than that in the han people countryside areas in Sichuan Province (P<0.05), and there was a distance between the health system responsiveness and the public expectancy. Conclusion In the process of constructing comfortably off society, we should plan the development of the health service in minority and in han people areas as a whole, increase the financial investment to the health service in minority countryside comparatively, improve the utilization ratio of present health resources, emphasize the heath system responsiveness, meet different levels and types of health demands, diminish the distance of health service development between different areas, and realize the concordant development of the health service in Sichuan Province.更多还原
