【Abstract】 Firstly, after the analysis of road traffic management, four main kinds of problems are proposed. Facing that, according to "Wuli-Shili" thought of systems engineering, the concept of road traffic management is defined clearly, and then based on analysis of factors which influence management functions, road traffic management system is constructed classifiedly. Also, advisable and feasible approach to manage is discussed. Finally, we get the conclusion that compositive and classified manage mode with vertical manage approach are beneficial for integrative and standardization process of traffic management plan, design and practice.更多还原
