SIBAS-16牵引控制单元的静态测试
Stationary Test Method for SIBAS16 Traction Control Unit
【摘要】 S IBA S-16牵引控制单元(TCU)是上海地铁一号线微机控制系统中的关键设备。为保证TCU的可靠运行,需要对其进行静态测试。为此,在分析TCU结构和功能的基础上,对TCU静态测试方法进行了研究,并研制出基于工业控制计算机和虚拟仪器技术的微机测控装置,实现了TCU的地面静态测试。
【Abstract】 SIBAS16 traction control unit(TCU)is one of the key equipments of the microcomputer control system of Line 1 Metro Shanghai.In order to guarantee its reliable operation,the stationary test for TCU is needed.On the basis of analyzing TCU structure and function,a stationary test method is studied.Moreover,an automatic testing system based on industrial PC and virtual instrument is developed to accomplish the stationary test.
