含氮吸水保水剂的合成与性能研究
Synthesis and properties of super absorbent polymer contained nitrogen
【摘要】 以过硫酸铵引发玉米淀粉与丙烯酸及其钠盐接枝共聚后,用氨水中和得到含氮高吸水树脂。研究了原料的配比、中和度对吸水率的影响。结果表明玉米淀粉与丙烯酸及其钠盐的共聚物具有优良的吸水保水性能,与氨水中和后得到的含氮高吸水树脂性能更为优良,其吸纯水量为830g/g、吸自来水水量为320g/g、吸0.9%N aC l量为80g/g,产物的保水性能优良。
【Abstract】 With ammonium persulfate as the initiator the contained nitrogen super water absorbent was synthesized by graft copolymerizing starch with acrylic and sodium acrylate,and then the rest carboxyl of crylic acid was neutralized by ammonia.Through experiments,we discuss the influence of the properties of sodium acrylate and the neutraliazed degree of crylic acid by ammonia on water absorbent.
