【摘要】 [目的]总结剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成病人的预防和护理体会[方法]对已发生深静脉血栓的病人,在抗凝、溶栓期间,检测凝血指标,观察出血倾向,对肿胀的肢体行肿消散外敷,在置管溶栓期间做好溶栓导管的护理,采取有效措施预防肺栓塞的发生。[结果]本组病人经治疗护理后,临床症状体征完全缓解。[结论]采取促进静脉血液回流,防止静脉内膜损伤和防止血液高凝状态的有效措施是防止剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize prevention and nursing experiences on postoperative patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after underwent cesarean section. Methods: Indexes of blood clotting were detected, and hemorrhagic tendency was observed during anticoagulation and thrombolysis therapy for postoperative patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after underwent cesarean section. Detumescence powders was applied on oncotic extremity and nursing care of thrombolysis catheter was conducted well during the process of thrombolysis via indwelling catheter. And effective measures were taken for them to prevent pulmonary embolism. Results: Clinical symptoms and objective signs of patients in this group were relieved completely after the treatment and nursing care. Conclusion: It is key to prevent lower extremity deep veins thrombosis for postoperative patients after cesarean section by taking effective measures through promoting venous blood recirculation, to prevent injury of tunica intima of vein and to prevent hypercoagulabale state of blood.更多还原
